St. Patrick’s Day Celebrations

St. Patrick’s Day is a day for the wearing of green and proclaiming “Kiss me I’m Irish”. One of luckiest and fun holidays of the year. On St. Patrick’s Day everyone is a little bit Irish.

Celebrations abound around the world. Many will be attending religious services. Cities are hosting parades. And of course shamrocks, leprechaun and green beer will be making an appearance at the festivities.

For all my friends, Irish or not, I would like to share a little Irish Prayer.

“May God give you,

For every storm a rainbow,

For every tear, a smile,

For every care, a promise,

And a blessing in each trial.

For every problem life sends,

A  faithful friend to share.

For every sigh, a sweet song. 

And an answer for each prayer”.

“If you are lucky enough to be Irish you are lucky enough.” – Irish proverb

May we all be lucky, healthy and happy today. That is my wish for you dear friends.
