Living in Florida, white is a summer staple for me. I like collecting several pieces each season. And in the summer heat, I prefer linen and gauze.
My Tommy Bahama Linen Dress is a favorite this summer. I liked it so much that I ordered a second one in black. To keep it interesting, I styled it with a couple of colorful beaded necklaces, a bright teal tote, and sandals. The white keeps me cool, and the brights add some fun!
I love wearing long, loose, flowing dresses like this M – Made in Itlay one from Dillards.
The light gauze material makes it perfect for resort wear or a beach coverup. Of course, colorful accessories take an all-white dress to the next level.

Oh I love both dresses equally! Perfect fir summer time. I got ride of one last week, a midi one I had for several years and found something to replace it but not in length so still on the lookout. I love white dresses with fun colors like your accessories.

You’re really good at knowing when it’s time to let go of white items. They may look beautiful, but they can easily lose their charm with washings and wear. It’s best to refresh and replace them when needed.

The bag is Spartina 449. It was a gift from my daughter-in-law that she purchased on a vacation.

Those turquoise sandals are from my closet. I got them from Target many years ago. I also have red and yellow ones. They’re perfect for adding a pop of color!

I got this beautiful long white dress for our Hawaii trip in June. It’s perfect for the resort and poolside fun!
I love linen and gauze in summer too; these are both fabulous dresses.
I am also a huge fan of having a LWD for summer. I have a couple and they get a lot of wear. I really appreciate linen as I’ve aged, especially for those HOT days of summer.

You look beautiful! I love dresses that make me feel really comfortable. In the summer I often wear ones made of linen or cashmere. My skin loves them!
