A few weekends ago, we decided to visit The World Equestrian Center in Ocala, Florida. Over the past several years, we have been watching the center’s construction from afar on our visits to Ocala. We have read and heard rave reviews on the hotel, event venues, restaurants, and boutiques. So, on this cool, crisp Sunday afternoon, we made dinner reservations at Stirrups Restaurant in the hotel and headed off to visit the World Equestrian Center in Ocala.

Our dinner was perfect! Ceasar salad, twice-baked potato, and mushrooms, along with filet mignon. Served with an excellent red wine. It was good beyond my expectations. Our waiter complimented us with a glass of champagne and dessert when he asked if it was a special occasion.
