Good morning friends, and happy weekend! Here we are together on the first weekend of December already. With Thanksgiving behind us, we have switched to full-time-Christmas mode at our house! The lights and trees are up, and now my concentration has turned to shopping and gift-giving. Here in December 2020, that means mostly waiting for the delivery man. From Thanksgiving To Christmas
Because we are staying close to home these days, I want to enjoy each holiday completely. Our Thanksgiving was small, three adults. And it was delicious! I have eaten way too much this past week. It’s the leftover pie that does me in! Now, the atmosphere is quickly transformed from Thanksgiving to Christmas with my holiday decorations. This year for my dining tablescape, I remained with my core plan of using a burlap runner and wicker placemats. This made changing the table easy. Out when Mr. Turkey and in came Santa Claus!

The Santa Claus Chronicles
Our grandson is spending the weekend with us, and boy, are we having a good time. We stayed up late last night to watch The Santa Claus Chronicles on Netflix. Two thumbs up from our house! We are true believers!
