IT’S TIME FOR OUR MARCH COFFEE CHAT WITH ROSEMARY

Hello, everyone, and welcome! Spring officially arrived this week, and there’s an air of excitement. As we anticipate the Easter holiday and embrace the budding season, it’s the perfect moment for our March Coffee Chat. I invite you to grab your favorite cup of brew and join me on the front porch for some delightful conversation and a quick catch-up.

I have always loved Hydrangeas and remember them in my Mother’s and Grandmother’s yards. Theirs were huge and white. As children, we called them” Snowball Bushes.”

I have a couple in our yard, and now that spring has arrived, they are starting to sprout new growth. Since we removed many trees from the lawn last year, I have planned to add a border of Hydrangeas along the fence. So, you can imagine how excited we were when we found these gorgeous plants at Home Depot.

I am so excited that I had to put them out front to share with my friends and neighbors.

Over the past seasons, I have had many inquiries about the hanging basket on my front door.

Spring break and Easter brings family and friends together for the bunch. My grandsons love berries, and I am excited to have found these cute berry serving dishes.

My go-to uniform of the day has evolved into denim and a button-up shirt. This combination of shirt and pants is an easy, casual, go most anywhere look. Like most of us experiencing changing the cut of pants and jeans to a fuller leg, I am starting to replace my skinnier jeans. I am very happy with the style and fit of these Mother Jeans from Anthropologie. And the oversized Bennet Buttondown Shirt by Maeve will be working overtime with shorts and as a swimsuit cover-up this summer.

I have been obsessed with The New Look on Apple TV this month. If you love fashion and history, you may enjoy watching it too!

If you want more information on my March favorites, I have created photo links below.

Well, that’s it for this month. Thanks for joining me for Our March Coffee Chat on the front porch. I look forward to catching up with you once again next month. And be sure to subscribe for all that’s happening here at Distinctly Southern Style.

  1. I love hydrangeas and called them snowball bushes, too. At our last house, I’d planted several, but they just never seemed to flourish. Our ground here is clay…so hard you could make bricks from it with no problems! I think the blue/purple of those bushes look gorgeous against your yellow house.

There is nothing quite as good as a button up that works different ways. This is a really gorgeous one, Rosemary!

    Thanks for the coffee chat!
