Today’s post idea originated with a group of friends as we were discussing the transition in late summer into fall fashions. Now here in Florida, our transitions of seasons is all about the changes of hues and colors. So I am taking a look at few posts from this time last year and into my current wardrobe And I want to share my perfect shirt for the summer to fall transition.
Now, my favorite print shirt for transitioning the seasons is from Anthropologie. And am loving it as much this year as last! Unfortunately, this print is sold out, but fortunately Anthropologie has renewed the design with new and exciting colors. I am currently awaiting delivery of my order for the blue one. It will look amazing with jeans.
As the summer begins to wind down, my brightly colored shirt is pairs beautifully with linen pants – featured earlier this season in my Sleeveless Tops and Coast Grandmother posts. And this is a perfect fall outfit for Florida living!

One of my favorite ways of styling the Maeve Contrast Button-down is pairing it with jeans and blazer. Because the shirt is soft, lightweight, and cool it’s great for the changing of the seasons. Plus, the colors are perfect for transitioning from late summer into fall.

Cute shirt!! Down here in Savannah, the weather stays really HOT up through Halloween. So, I like finding clothing pieces in fall colors, made from lightweight fabrics. This shirt looks like a great fall item for the South.
