 Fewer Words More Pictures

Today I’m sharing snapshots from my iPhone of our Distinctly Southern Style Saturday.

One of my favorite Saturday morning pastimes is to visit the local farmers market. Fresh foods, flowers, and coffee are all the makings of a delightful Saturday morning. Now bring the boys, Jake and Rex along and its perfect. They love the fact that they get to come along for the ride and they always receive tons of attention from everyone they meet. Plus there are lots of other dogs for them to socialize with too.

At last all good things must come to an end. It’s been a wonderful morning, now time to move on to afternoon activities.

Thanks for stopping and have a great day!

  1. I love going to local Farmer’s Markets! This one looks good, is it in Gainesville? I’d love to check it out some time when we’re visiting the boys, those baked goods look scrumptious!

    • This is the Haile Village farmers market. It is very Saturday morning 8 am to noon. It’s located in the Village Center at Haile Plantation on Gainesville’s southwest side of town. I’m sure your boys are familiar with the area. It’s great in the fall. I hope to see you there sometime.
